Brittany Berdy

Dr. Berdy is the Supervisor, Research Scientist of the Microbial ‘Omics Core (MOC) Innovation Lab at the Broad Institute, and the curator of the BIO-ML collection. Prior to the Broad, she studied the honeybee microbiome and how it is impacted by pesticides, as well as Arctic bacteria. Dr. Berdy supervises the processing and sequencing of IBDTracker samples.
