CMIT will host our annual Rasmussen Graduate Student Fellows Talk & Mixer on Wednesday, October 1st, from 5:00-7:00PM in The Nexus space at Hayden Library (14-130).
Ankit Basak (Chemistry/ IMES) will give a talk on “Single-cell and spatial methods for profiling glycan-mediated host-microbial interactions in tissues”. Helena Hu (BE) will discuss her work developing an ultrahigh expansion miscroscopy platform in a talk entitled “Towards a complete map of biomolecular interactions and a predictive model of the cell”.
Dinner will be available starting at 5:00PM. Talks will start at 5:30PM.
